We expect to complete design and begin the right-of-way acquisition process in fall. A right-of-way agent will notify and work with each property owner for necessary right-of-way and/or easements. Read the Acquiring Land for Highways and Other Public Projects brochure to learn more. 

Construction is tentatively scheduled for spring-fall 2022, depending on the completion of design and the right-of-way process.
